Light Pole Manufacturing Process – From Steel Plate to Street Pole

We are a leading street light pole manufacturer offering customized designs and sizes for different applications – from solar light poles to high mast poles. Below is our light pole production process:

1. Raw Material Cutting

High-quality Q235 or Q345 steel sheets are cut according to the design length using CNC cutting machines.

2. Bending and Forming

The sheets are then bent into a polygonal or conical shape using hydraulic bending machines.

3. Welding

Auto-seam welding ensures a strong and smooth weld line for maximum strength.

4. Flange and Door Installation

We weld base flanges and install maintenance doors with anti-theft locks.

5. Hot-Dip Galvanizing

The poles are dipped into molten zinc (450–460°C) for a uniform anti-corrosion coating, ensuring 20+ years of outdoor life.

6. Powder Coating or Spray Painting

Poles are coated with outdoor powder paint (any RAL color), making them UV-resistant and decorative.

7. Inspection and Packaging

Each pole is strictly inspected for straightness, weld strength, and coating thickness before packing.
