How Are Solar Street Lights Manufactured? – Complete Production Process

At our factory, we specialize in the manufacturing of high-quality solar street lights for global clients. Here's a step-by-step overview of the solar street light production process, from raw materials to final product:

1. Material Preparation

We source certified raw materials like aluminum alloy, galvanized steel, lithium batteries, and high-efficiency monocrystalline solar panels.

2. Solar Panel Assembly

Using automatic lamination machines, we encapsulate solar cells in tempered glass. Each panel is tested for conversion efficiency before entering the assembly line.

3. LED Module Production

Our LED chips are SMD type with high lumen output. SMT machines are used to mount components onto the circuit boards, ensuring durability and brightness.

4. Controller and Battery Integration

We use intelligent MPPT controllers for better charging efficiency. Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries are assembled in-house for long lifespan and safety.

5. Light Pole Manufacturing

The light poles are made of Q235 galvanized steel. The process includes:

  • Cutting and bending of steel sheets

  • Welding by automatic seam welding machines

  • Hot-dip galvanizing for anti-corrosion

  • Powder coating for a smooth, UV-resistant finish

6. Final Assembly

All parts are assembled – pole, panel, LED lamp, controller, and battery – in our solar light assembly line. Every unit undergoes a full-function test.

7. Packaging and Delivery

Products are packed in eco-friendly cartons and wooden crates, ensuring safe international transport.
